Peace Officers should take their fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging on a patrol schedule and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized fitness plan.
With years of success and experience, turn to a fellow LEO capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals and balance a hectic patrol schedule. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for our patients. We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.

Fitness is a fascinating concept because of how it evolves over the course of our lives and careers. It constantly evolves, just like the career field we serve in.
My name is Trent and I am an active duty peace officer and fitness enthusiast who has been working volunteering in the law enforcement field in various capacities for almost 15 years. I am a Crossfit trainer and coach, Tactical Games competitor, Spartan Race runner, and firearms instructor. I stand behind the programs and ideals of this company because it is the same practices and principals which helped me to turn the direction of my fitness level when I began my career in law enforcement. I believe fitness ties into the ideals of integrity and the oath each of us took when we were sworn into this career and pinned our badge on for the first time- "To the best of my ability so help me God."
